DP | There's no "process." One way to create backlinks is to add a lot of useful and interesting content to your site; useful enough for people to link to it without you having to ask them.
In case you didn't know, backlinks is just SEO lingo for "links" that come into your site. If your site is, say, dilpreet.com and I link to your website (be it your home page or one of your inner pages), you just got yourself a backlink.
There's lots of ways to acquire powerful inbound links. One effective way is to create useful content as I've already mentioned. You can also try reciprocal linking but I think it's losing its effectiveness pretty fast. So if you're going to do it, it pays to do it in a creative way... like having your link included somewhere in a relevant article on your partner's site and doing the same for them etc.
Then you can buy or rent links, although this really depends on your budget.
