Article Submission
I am finding it a challenge to find article submission sites (even ones with high homepage PR) where individual articles are fully Google indexed, given Google's reluctance to fully index content in favour of supplemental results these days!
Has anyone found a reputable article submission site which has a decent navigation structure to ensure my articles will end up Google indexed and not in the supplemental index! Thanks...

I've found that iSnare is good, and gets indexed relatively quickly. They seem to be picky about what articles they'll approve, though, and most of the articles I've submitted to them have not been accepted, though they have been accepted elsewhere.
Another thing I'd recommend, if you're going to use articles as a way of getting backlinks, is to post them to a blog, or even submit them to article sites that Google doesn't index, and then submit those URLs to Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Newsvine, Netscape, and similar social bookmarking sites. These sites will usually bring some traffic and, more importantly, will give you some pretty high quality backlinks. I've found, personally, that submitting articles to sites like GoArticles (which tends not to get indexed very often, as far as I can tell), and then submitting the GoArticles page to various social media sites gets me a lot of good quality backlinks. Digg, Reddit, Newsvine, etc. are all indexed very frequently and tend to rank high in the SERPs. |

Article Aware
I've always used article aware. Good price. I think its like $40 for 400 sites.

I would go along with most people's opinion and say ezinearticles are probably the best for indexing and getting a link counted, I have a few articles on there that were given PR2-3 after the last update.
I've had articles indexed on sites such as goarticles, articledashboard and isnare as well. They haven't been given any PR yet but, more importantly, the back links doe show uo from them |

ezinearticles is the best. Once you become a regular contributor, they will upgrade your membership and your articles will start getting approved within 24 hours. And they get indexed very soon by Google. Plus a lot of webmasters pick up articles from ezinearticles to add content to their sites.

Now a days Google looks like little bit choosy for link valuation. i think article website is not having any fixed kind of theme. so i am not seeing any increment of page rank. they devaluate the link from article website.
what do you people think about link devaluation by google? |

Do you make variations of your articles or submit the same article to all 200 directories? Can this be deemed as duplicate content? |

It's definitely duplicate content if you don't make changes. A lot of it depends on how much effort you want to put into it. I create a couple of versions and submit them in batches rather than as bulk. |

Out of curiosity, how much do you have to alter your original article for it not to be duplicate content? Where do you decide to change things up? The article creating is fairly new to me and I would like to get into it pretty heavy but still don't feel I have all the understandings correct (i.e. format, length, internal links, etc.) |
