Anyone Seeing Dramatically Different Results Since Last Night?

Though the current Google update is still in progress, I noticed a brand new set of results for my main keyword yesterday in just one DC, that started populating other 64.* data centers like wild fire. This new set is dramatically different and has been the one showing in Google.com since early this morning and it is now in 9 64.* datacenters.

My site that has been maintained in first or second position in Google for that term since early 03 (except during Florida update) is nowhere in the top 200! An inside page shows up at the 130th place! In fact most all the first page results are dramatically different.

BTW; these new results are also showing around 89,000,000 results as oppose to the earlier versions which were showing around 58,000,000 or so.

Anyone else seeing anything like this!

I have to agree this time around. Today I noticed one of my main keywords that I have never lost #1 spot for has been swiped out from my serps, not just a move down a spot or three, but moved like 100 pages down. LOL Its a bit disturbing at this point, but Ill have to wait and see what is happing.

I have also noticed some of my old competition that dropped out years ago, have been growing in ranking with their ****ty doorway pages. Some very large keywords they are now ranking at #1 as of today.

Makes you think what the hell was Google thinking!

Has anyone named this update yet? I think I may blog my findings on this one as its very much not the normaly update that I have seen over the past years.

Raz... everthing remains the same across the board. Might be highly selective... a minor algo adjustment?

Normal flux in my SERPs (more than historic but no sign of an algo shift).

EGOL, are you also seeing really poor sites doing well. In my case I can't even blame myself for being lazy, as some of sites that are showing in the first page are really poor sites.

it seems a rollback for my SERP, I'm back in the same positions where I was in january or so. Many sites recently out of the sandbox are disappered again from top 1000.

My SERPs are full of .edu and .gov sites. The crap sites don't stand a chance here.

I've noticed over the last 3 days that I'm back to having almost 200 pages indexed, which is where I was before the BD update dropped me to my home page only. Haven't noticed a drastic change in SERPs though.

On these new serps I'm seeing an astounding amount of extra results, can anyone else confirm? For instance, a search for 'online casino' is returning 1,170,000,000 results!

Nope! Actually more: 1,510,000,000. Want to play in these SERPs?
