All search results for my domain re-directing to Google.com on first click?

Links to my website from ALL search engines are being re-directed to Google

An example SERP is provided, to test the error:
    site:alzvitamins.com - Google Search

This happens on different search engines, different browsers, different computers.

The first time any link to our site Nutraceutical Brain Supplements - Alzheimer's Symptoms in Mind is clicked within SERPs,
the user is re-directed to Google's homepage REGARDLESS of the search engine. After this initial error, it stops happening for
all links until I clear browser cache.

What is going on? Has this site been hacked?

It is not redirecting to Google. I searched the site in Yahoo, Bing & Google.

I check it over my system, it is working fine buddy.

I am not sure about this but a friend of mine faced same issue some time back where whenever he clicks on a search result another search page open up. I wasn't able to find what was the issue, tried clearing browser data and all that stuff - nothing worked. The solution that I found was - I uninstalled the browser, run disk cleanup, and installed the browser again - everything worked fine.
Try it once and let us know that it worked for you or not.
