All external links disappeared
I check the webmaster tool of Google, I found my site's(www.greatwalldiscovery.com) external links had been zero according to Google.
Once on Sept.30 the nunmber of the external links in the webnaster tool is above 7000, I am confused how this terrible situation happened to me. I had checked all the external links I noted, all those links still have my web link. Could anybody tell me why this happened?
It seemed Google has emptied all my external links, but I had not done anything during these days.

I don't think there is reason to panic, you are not only one who experienced this.
My 2 websites were completely gone from Google, and now they are back, My close friend has experienced same thing as you did couple days ago, and now everything is on its place.
Might be that Google is testing some new stuff... they said that they will value backlinks more in the future, so who knows

Thanks for all, now the links are back, but I still have a question-- the external link of my site:www.greatwalldiscovery.com is rising ,but the PR of this site now becomes zero ,which is 1 in Sept.
No changes, no malware, no cheating way ,but why Google estimate this site as a site which do not pass its PR exam

No cheating? You are not only violating Google's webmaster guidelines, you are doing it openly:

Hi, thanks for your advice, but I want to know whether it is because we had low PR before, so when the policy changed, the Google punished my web at first?
I have visited other sites who had similar link exchange scheme, but had higher PR (4+). Why isn't them punished?
