Are you asking how often google updates pagerank?

About every 100 days, but it's not set in stone. But the update is only an export to the PR bar, real PR values are set by google every day.

The answer to your question is: Depends.

Google can take a day or a month to come crawl your site completely. This depends on how much PR link juice you have.

If you want Google to come crawl your site faster do these easily controllable things:

- Build A Facebook page, link to your site.
- Build a Twitter Page, link to your site.
- If you have a personal Facebook or Twitter page, Tweet or Wall it, Ask some friends to do the same.
- Create a Sitemap submit to Google using Webmaster Tools

If you do all of these things google should have visited most of your pages with in 1 week. It will index those that have enough link juice.

Same strategy for new sites, more quality links you get the higher your PR.

Pr plays a part in how often and how much of your site is indexed.
