Comes up on the first page when you Google my domain name. Does this hurt me? The site this review is on is a defunct domain completely unrelated to mine, no content, just reviews for other sites similar to mine.
Should this bother me? Should I care? What is the point of them doing this?

I also don't get how I got picked for this, since the other sites listed are much bigger than mine.

It's only offering a pro's and con's list of different sites. Don't see anything wrong with that, there are a huge number of them across the web and each has their own view.
The only way it could hurt you is people reading the con's and thinking they outweigh the pro's.
Personally I wouldn't be too bothered unless the con's are absolute lies and putting you in a bad light.
