Can you explain a little better? I checked mcdar's tool to see the page rank and backlinks on the datacenters and didnt see any of them different at all. Am I missing something?

Google has discounted and/or devalued lots of different sources of low quality links as part of its ongoing efforts to count only links from trusted sources.
This has caused the 'link strength' of many sites to fall, particularly sites which previously benefited from low PR links on pages which have now been de-indexed. Loss of link strength has also fuelled the number of sites which have Supplemental pages. Links from these Supplemental Result pages count for little if anything.
So, in summary that's probably why you're seeing large scale backlink reductions. You're not alone. Over the last year, the backlink count on one of my sites has fallen from 157 to 45.

There is Something Going Wrong On Google, Because i lost my website from pr4 to 0, but tools show its 4 now,, and sometimes i see 4 and sometimes 0,.. and this also happens with backlinks too
