OK - Why would I be #1 right now for a phrase on Firefox but yet on page 5 for the same phrase in EI?

Are you logged in to your Google account on one but not the other?
Does one of the browsers run via a proxy?

you must have been logged in into your gmail account on either one of the browsers.. If not, probably, there is some firefox plugin at work, if that not too, then perhaps it could be a DC issue that sometimes occurs when browsers fetch data from different DC's.. (just heard so)..

Argh. I knew I wasn't logged in but I didn't notice that my son was logged into his gmail acct. Thanks both of you for responding. Off to read up on this issue. Thanks. Any further recommendations or feedback is appreciated. |
