1 keyword can change my life.

My website is experiencing daily up and down ranking for a particular keyword.
i am ranking it for 6 prime keywords and 5 of them are on 1st page with fixed positions.
but 1 of them is dancing in serps..
my website for that keyword was on 4th position day bfr yestrdy and now it is on 30th....again it changed to 19th this morning...!
i dnt know what is happening...please help me out its an important keyword!

decent links ? maybe joshz, but homepage looks a bit spammy / keyword stuffed to me. I'd reduce the spamminess ( did i just make up a word ), and potentially look at making your target a bit more geographic - not seeing you in .co.uk results, but am i meant to ?

looks to me like your key words are:
Franchise in India, Franchise Opportunities, Business Opportunities, Franchisee in India, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

I'd split them up and utilize them on the right page...i.e.
title your franchise opportunities page franchise opportunities. I think your diluting your titles with the extra wording and duplicate words.
Then follow Joshz advice and get links to those pages that embellishes that page and the title.

Dance is normal, if you don't have enough authority or established link-juice on the keyword in comparison to competitors. Did you do a backlink analysis?

Its hard to judge without looking at your website but "dances" are usually because of lack of trust of your website and\or its back links.

I say keep working on your websites usability, social media, and lay low off SEO a bit and build only very really high quality links.

I see sites with much less links outranking better sites every day so ...goodluck
