I think Google only employs about 2,000 - most of whom are in support roles not in management or strategy - and 1,800 of these are at a secret Adsense/Adwords meeting?
1,800 at a "secret meeting"? how secret can the location be? 1,800 people can keep a vital strategy & marketing secret? Gimme a break....

I hope that they give the people who pay for adwords some ability to easily see where the clicks that they paid for were made - plus the ability to block some of those sites. Really cool would be conversion stats by domain.

I wondered about that too, but I didn't make this up, just quoting the source "SiliconValleyWatcher." Will be interesting to see what if anything comes of this secret meeting. Wish I was a bug on the wall.

Funning aside
5star funing aside I would think regardless of the source if it is true it would benifit both programs if they were revamped including more up to date detailed stats especially Adsence. Adsence 2 day delay really does not help anyone much. In the world of SEO 2 days ago might as well be 2 months ago.

It's not all Google employees but marketers that run AdWords/AdSense. AdWords optimization companies and big money makers. It's for the AdWords API thats being released I believe.

Google has been interviewing Adsense publishers for a while, and it has been no secret that they plan to make an update to Adwords/sense
