Leaked Google/AOL data in searchable format!
Most of you are probably aware of the leaked AOL/Google search data from yesterdays news. We imported it into a database, enabled fulltext searching and are making it avaliable for everyone to use and check out. Here is the url http://simplifiedsec.com/KeywordDigger.html

we've finished the indexing and increased the speed of the search engine by 10
or more. Most searches are returned in under a second with long queries talking less than 10 seconds. Let us know in the blog or in here what we can do to improve the data for you guys. http://www.simplifiedsec.com/seoblog/ |

Then could you explain why I search "car parts"..."utility trailer parts" comes up #1? This is not the top searched term relating to my kw search...at best...the "last"...but seriously...where do these come from and what are u basing this claim on? GaryTheScubaGuy |

This isn't a regualr search engine, it's just based on the google and aol data that was leaked at the beginning of the week. I simply dumped it into a database and made it searchable. There is some usefull data in there, but it also shows how stupid your average internet user is. Over 5 million of the 18 million queries were direct URL requests.

yes. FOR SURE! You are correct about the URL direct request. "Over 5 million of the 18 million queries were direct URL requests." After 8 years, I still don't get this. I understand it, but i just dont get it. ha. |

I've been using aolsearchdatabase.com. On there if you type car parts you'd get the same results because the default search uses an OR operator. In aolsearchdatabase if you type car AND parts you'll only get "car parts".
People search moron things |

KeywordDigger Results
Hi,
Quick question on the results page - What does the "rank" mean and also the "Clicked URL"? Thanks |

Rank is the position of the clicked url. In other words I am user 369* and I search for "search term" at (x) date, time. Result #3 is the one I clicked (www.topsearchterms.com) |
