Google.com has displayed different result in different countries
Now I am facing a major issue. I am working in India and Usa . When I am searching a keyword on google.com that keyword listed 8th position of google.com SERP page at India, but my friend, he is from USA, he also find same keyword in google.com same day he cant see this result at USA , that mean google.com has displayed different result .. I am totally confused about this matter how this can occur?? Anyone ever seen this?
Let me know if have any suggestion about above subject Tanks & Regards Arjun

I suspect that the various countries' google biases the results slightly towards sites in that country (ignoring the even bigger bias when using the From this country only option).
I've just done a search on kidney dialysis in the co.uk , .de , .co.in , .fr and .com (via the toolbar, othewrwise it redirects to your local one) googles and my site (the .org.uk one) is first in the .co.uk list and has been for about six months, but is in lower positions in the others. I've checked this several times in the last few months and the results are consistently different. You'd expect that after six months at No. 1 from google uk, any differences due to updates would have filtered through by now, but the .co.in version has it at No. 15 . Has anyone else noticed this trend? Try testing it yourself. PS I too have had very different results depending on whether I was at work, at home, or at a club I regularly attend. I often wonder if the ISP is directing us towards a datacentre it prefers. A friend at oxford university always ends up at the .com from work, but .co.uk from home. i've heard that google has changed ranking algorithm as if we do link building all those domain who are registered or hosted in india than we can loose it's ranking in usa but not in india location so, if our target market is usa than we need to do link building with all the domains hosted or registered in usa.

the search result in Google.com if you compare it to other google SE like google.com.us or depends on the country is not always the same. . . there is a certain market place for every website . . .mostly you rank better to your target market than google.com.
I always want my site to be on the first page of google.com its hard . . .If only I can figure out why . . .
