A new version of Google - Blackle?

Its been heard that Google created a black version of its search engine, called Blackle(www.blackle.com). It has exactly same functions but the difference is but obviously with lower energy consumption..so what do you guys think?

I think another company, Heap Meadia, made it (probably from the concept Google had on Earth Day where the google search subsites had a black theme to promote power saving).

This site, Blackle, just uses free and available to use by anyone, Google API to perform searches.

I prefer the darker theme, but I don't think I'll ever use a non-google url to search via google. Just seams cheap
