Zero Cent Clicks

I'm getting zero cent clicks, and a lot of them. Do you know how to fix this?

How do you know the $ on each individual click?
Is this an end-of-day or partial-day result? If partial day it could just be a timing/synchronization problem within Google reporting.

If all your clicks are coming from a few places, Google does not recognize them as being legitimate. So, for example, if all your buddies are going to your site and trying to "help you out" it ends up producing zero-cent clicks. I even heard that sometimes Google will not recognize clicks if they come from the same neighbourhood...but I'm not sure about that.
