Why Doesn't Google Tell me???

Why wouldnt google tell me my bid was to low for the position i prefer?

You'd think they'd want to tell you to either up your bid or remover the position prefrence... I have thousands of keywords all of which have a position prefrence I wonder how many are not showing!

Your PPC position is not based entirely on your bid

It is sorta of like a SERP just for PPC

If you use Adwords Editor (if you don't you should, it's a great tool), select all the keywords in your account (right click on top keyword and select 'select all' or click on first keyword and then go to the bottom of keywords, hold Shift and left click on last keyword) and you can go to advanced bid changes and select 'raise maximum CPC bid for inactive keywords to their minimum CPC bids'.
