Value and use of Content sources for adwords
In our first adwords campaign we ran a series of ads in google, affiliated SE and content. The volume of impresssions from the content was about 20 - 25 times the impressions from google. Clickthrough rates on content were dramatically low. Nevertheless we found two conversions from one particular content source (which has a logical overlap with our service). We run everything on a regional basis.
What else do you learn and get from content sources? Is there any way to find out which content the ads go in and what the sources are for click throughs. Dave |

I can see the source thru my log files. They show up as referrers. Not perfect but it works.

Thanks. I've relied on the reports, not the logs, themselves. I'll go back into them and find the sources.
