Someone's Website Name in AdWords for SEO Legal?
Does anyone know if it's "illegal" to uses a competitor's website name in Google AdWords?
The reason I'm asking is because I run a community site and I've worked hard to get it search engine optimized. I even advertise it through Google AdWords to get more members. Just recently I noticed another community site using my site's name for their Google AdWords. Obviously this is unethical on their part, but is it ok with Google? |

Well if your site name is like a trademark then i suppose it would be illegal.
If you dont want them doing it I would drop google an email (via adwords) and tell them whats happening.
