Reopen Adword Account?
Hi,
I need some help. Google closed me adword account and refuse to reopen it. "mod Chip" violation... I opened new one which got canceled as well. I open new one with completely different info and they freeze it... Any idea how to get through this??? Thank You.

Google TOS
I'm not sure you're going to get an answer to this one. What your trying to sell is against the Google TOS and trying to get around the system is just another violation to the TOS which is why they shut down the 2nd and 3rd accounts you created. I think you're going to find that most CPC engines have an issue with selling of mod chips. I know it's not the answer you were looking for, sorry.
