predict monthly adsense earning

I noticed some interesting relationship in adsense earning. The monthly earning is about eight times of your highest daily earning in that month. For example, if your highest daily earning is $50 for a month, your monthly earning would be $400.

Anyone has similar observation?

I'm not sure you are allowed to discuss adsence revenue... even if they are just predictions

that ratio is probably way off on many different sites.

This ratio doesn't hold on my site.
But how do you know what your highest daily earning is until the end of the month? - when you can see your total earnings anyways?

There is quite a bit variance in my Adsense numbers, so I think trying to apply a general rule like that won't work ...

Well, it depends on how much you make from adsense. If your earnings are fairly inconsistent, then a ratio like that could work but for larger sites that make thousands off of adsense, I would think that daily earnings would be fairly consistent for a ratio closer to 25:1 or so.

...and the biggest sites have a ratio of 29.5:1.

Works very well for us and gives lots of fun graphs in excel :-)

the ratio is probably dependent on # of clicks per month or per day.

I agree, there're other better ways to estimate monthly earnings.

Nothing like that at all, it's much higher...
My daily earnings are quite stable, no big difference over the month (except the weekends of course..)
