Not recieving money from adsense.
I have created a new channel for my new website. The code has been put onto the page correctly and my ads are showing.

Its showing im getting page impressions but no clicks. I am getting an average of 400 unique impressions a day.

I know of a few friends I have had click my banner just so I know someone has clicked it, and they never show up.

What is the deal? I have had almost 5,000 impressions and no clicks are showing up.

Well first I would stop asking "friends" to click just for the sake of clicking. It is a fraudulent activity 'by you' regardless of whether your intent is merely to gauge "working" or not.

As for impressions to clicks... what information is available on the page where the AdSense ads are?

If for example you have a "free tool" and clicks go there and on the destination page "there are no AdSense ads" - you have a channel conflict.

Also 'if' you are selling something on the page/site that could be your problem as well.

Most likely your friends' activities were filtered by Google as fraudulent if you don't see clicks being reported.
