New to adwords.
I have put up an advertisement on adwords for the mortgage company I work for. So far we have got one click, I think. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I raised the bid price. I am not sure if I don't have enought keywords (I think there is 10), or if my ad just sucks
Thanks, Andy |

You have to check what position you're ranking in for your keyword. Some keywords are very competitive and unless you're one of the top bidders for that keyword you ad won't be displayed until a good amount of pages in the search engine. It should say your average position in your control panel - maybe you can find that out and let us know. We'll go from there

Increase your bids slowly until you climb up in the results. You should analyze your traffic vs. bid price to find out what works best for you. You may also want to revise your ad title and description.

Thanks for the tips. Being that this is my first try at any online marketing whatsoever, I really didn't expect much.
If you could, however, point me to some noobie sites where I could read up on it some more. All I found on google was e-books people are selling. |
