Lightbulb new combined AdSense with AdLinks

Today I noticed this adsense banner on my website... As you can see, user can either click on any ad or click to show ads on different topic...
It's displayed using traditional adsense code.

Very interesting. My Adlinks are much more successful than AdSense. I'm lazy, did G just start doing this automatically or did you have to select a combined AdSense / AdLink option?

I didn't touch the code for few months and its pure AdSense. So google must be testing something.

Hmmm... quick check of some of my AdSense ads do not show the combination with AdLinks. Must be an unannounced beta of some type. You heard it here first!

These have been showing up on sites like Slashdot for a few weeks now. Yet another new feature coming down the pipe, although to me it looks like it's a way for Google to get text ads in places where traditionally there are only image ads.
