I've received the cheque for September's earnings today (4 Nov.) in Madrid. It was posted from New York on the 31st October.

How do you know it was posted on the 27th? That may be the date your earnings appeared in the stats, but the actual post date on my cheque was the 31st.

It is clearly shown on the report that the cheque was sent on this date.

Yes, but I can tell you that my report says the same (sent 27th October) but the actual postmark on the envelope was October 31st.

Hey, I got a cheque from Google a moment ago. Huh, what a relief to me. I thought it was lost on the way here.

I haven't got my September Adsense cheque yet (I'm in the UK) and I am getting very concerned, as every one of my earlier cheques arrived before month end. I would like to know whether anyone else in the UK has seen delays or in the same 'non-delivery' situation. I have contacted Google but they haven't responded yet and it was nearly a week ago. Not very impressive customer service! Maybe they're inundated with similar concerned publishers.

Webmasterworld said that some cheques had gone astray in earlier months and been cashed by someone else. This is very worrying. It certainly is time Google started to use a 21st century way of paying publishers. Send enough cheques in the mail and it's certain a certain percentage will go missing and even fraudulently cashed. CJ and Tradedoubler have direct payment, it's time Google sorted it's payment system out and paid direct-to-bank and in "local currency" too. My UK bank screws me every month for huge bank charges to convert $$'s to ££'s.

I haven't got my cheque yet, but it might be due to the fact that last months earnings were slightly below the 100 bucks minimum ;) ;)
