My Adsense on someone elses site

Ok - Webmaster offers me advertising placement on his site. Gives me a space similar to an adsense sized one 468X60

I can do what I want with this - just need to send him link/banner/code

Can I put my adsense on his site? Ive read the T&Cs and couldnt see anything against it. The only thing that might deny me is if he had other affiliates on the site which G doesnt like ( which he wont as Its an exclusive advertising offer )

In the terms and conditions it says `on any site you own`

I wouldnt put them on his site.
Good idea but not viable.

I would not have any problems with it. In fact I have made a few bucks from my adsense ads on forums.digitalpoint.com

Good point - they share the revenue from clicks dont they and you dont own the site. So essentially its as good as having your own ads on their forum...

From the T&C:

"(b) You are the owner of each Site or that You are legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of such Site(s) for the purposes of this Agreement and the Program"

So you might use your code on others site if "you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of such Site(s) for the purposes of this Agreement and the Program".
