$25 per day, per week, per month, or per hour?
You're in a competitive marketplace with Forex so you'll need to think laterally if you're going to make an impact on a lower budget. The Low Quality Score message is usually indicative that your landing pages aren't as contextually aligned to the ads as they could be. See Google's knowledgebase https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?answer=10215

Download my free Adwords FAQ where there is a large section on Quality Score.
QS is highly tied to click rate. Improve your ads for higher CTR and you will get higher QS. Your keywords have to be relevant too. |
