i am new to Google adwords , i would like to know how i can see the price of keywords using my adword account .

Also does any program or site exist to see keyword price quick?

you can predict the average cpc in adwords while the actual cpc varies from click to click.

Yep the interface does not indicate what your competitors are bidding, it only indicate the maximum bid of any particular keyword.
