1. Write good content pages
2. Get links and traffic to those pages
3. Put on an AdSense ad using channel for tracking
4. Monitor the CTR performance for 1-2 week (if you are not satisified with the CTR) change the ad type, placement, and/or color. Repeat this step as needed.

There's lots of great advice in this forum on this subject. So just use the search and then post specific questions. Also let us know if you find something that works exceptionally well.

Seriously... lots of stuff here but nobody wants to write the Adsense book for you. Spend a little time searching will will find lots.

There is really no big secret. Assuming you know how to design well and your ads are integrated in your site with a clean crisp flow...

Then all you REALLY need is TRAFFIC!! Without traffic you have nobody to click your ads, end of story! I guarantee you that if you can up your visitors per day, your click throughs will increase as well.
