how often does the AdSense "Today's stats" page update?

Rusty - I believe the stats are updated with a time lag of about an hour. You'll also find that from time to time they also show 0 impressions and 0 clicks for some time even when that's quite clearly not the case. They'll then suddenly catch up again - it's a bit worrying when you first see it, but rest assured all clicks are finally accounted for.
