How often do you update your $ amount for your keywords to stay atop (1-6)?

Updating Bids

When I start a campaign, I'm updating bids all the time, because there is no data for Google to build a quality score off of. Once I have a few thousand impressions behind it and the CTR looks decent enough, I actually back off the maximum CPC. Then, once the campaign is established, I normally check the account 2 to 3 time a day just to make any minor adjustments that may need to take place.
