How many adgroups and campaigns can you have in 1 account

How many adgroups and campaigns can you have in 1 account

OK ive just opened an account in google adwords and ive hit 25 campaigns and it says ive reached my limit.

So how many adgroups withing a campaign can I set up please. How does anyone else get around this if they have more then 25 categories on your site that you wanted to set up a campaign per category you have.
