I guess it's not illegal to have dynamic content (server-side), so you get other stuff AND other ads after a forced refresh... I don't see it anyway, so I don't know how it's done. In any case it seems to be well targetted, either to make that link only available to their target group (Oh?) OR to cloak it from G (Ah!).
