higy paying important keywords

Hello,
I found one domain. It was registered by the company which was in online advertising and later acquired by google.
And from that I found some list of around 300 keywords in 20 different categories. I am making small money out of adsence from last few months so I make some research for few of those keywords and I found that those keywords are most high paying keywords.

Now these pages are belongs to google but not crawled by google or any other search engine. No one links to these pages. So it’s kind of unknown pages and domain. (I reach their accidentally)

I must tell you that I have not seen any sites which is making money out of adsence have these kind of keywords(in no of keywords. many have few of these keywords or related keywords) on their sites. And it's not possible to average adsence advertiser to compile these kind of keyword list.

Does it mean that I have found something interesting or very valuable compilation of keywords (around 300) or piece of information which many of you have?
