I assume you mean getting more clicks on ads on your site.
Experiment with ad color and location and see what works best. Generally, a position that is close to the top of the page and around where users eyes are drawn to work well.
Some ads will naturally perform better. Like a review for a product that has an ad linking to it. You can try to get adsense to show good ads by stuffing with words you think would be relevant for good ads. This works best on pages with little content.
