Guaranteed top position that can't be clicked out!?
I have been contacted by a few companies in the UK that claim to offer the top Google sponsored listing spot for a chosen keyword for a fixed monthly rate.
What's more is they claim the listing is not pay per click and can never be clicked out. With what I know about Adwords I assumed it was not possible to make such promises but someone I know has tried the service and is sure enough appearing in the number spot 24/7 for a fixed fee. How is this possible?

You are correct that nobody can make such a claim.
One possibility is that their 'flat monthly rate' is several times what you would pay in clicks and they will just bid you to the top. Another is that they will put you there on browsers with some toolbar or spyware installed. Run don't walk from such promises. The red flags are a'flyin.

It does sound a little sus to me too, but I know a guy that is using this service and the results are hard to question. The ad is always at the top 24/7. This is a company that clain to offer this http://idealpositions.com/ If you click on the Adwords google link it takes you here https://adwords.google.com/professionals/profile/org?id=016046734839288965989&hl=en%2520US Sounds like they have some kinda deal!?
