Google's Tech Support

Hi there,

I had hired someone to look after my AdWords acct. & since I fired her my ads aren't showing up.

I know she was IMing with Google on Wedn.

How is she able to IM w/ them & get instant support while I have to e-mail?

Thanks

Michelle

Google Help

Michelle,

In your Adwords account screen, look at the top and you will see a "contact us" button. After clicking through, at the bottom of the next page there will be a "contact us" menu. You make your radio selection and click "contact us" again. At night you will only have the option to email, but during Google business hours you will see a button appear to open a live chat session with a Google rep. Hope that helps!

I don't understand what you are asking me.

The instructions given in this thread were clear to me.

Take care

Michelle
