I am running Google Adwords for http://www.arnima.com Currently I am getting overall 7-8% CTR. But I want to know about What the advantages for conversion rate & cost/conversion. have you read through the conversion tracking FAQ in adwords? This will answer alot of your questions. a 7-8% CTR is excellent. the average is around 3-4% normally. it depends alot on your market and competition. i would also suggest using google analytics on your campaign as it will calculate the ROI for you. its free with your adwords account.

The converation rate is made by the division between adds publish and amount of clicks that wil give you the %. So in fact if you got a higher porcentage of CTR it means you are good, but if you get 1000000 impression and no click that means you are doing somrthing wrong and you need to replan your PPC strategy.
