Google Adwords Tracking
My question is the following:
One of my affiliates does not want to pay me my generated sales, since he does not approve my keyword. Supposedly that keyword is trademarked by them. I used to put the link with my affiliate id directly into the google ad. Now I am wondering. If I link the google ad directly to my site, then have a link on my site linking to the affiliate, can they still tell that I had an ad up on Google? Thanks so much. M |

Play by the rules and you will not have to worry.
If you go against them and use trademark property then it is possible that google would kick you out of adwords and the affiliate host could drop you from their program. Any trademark owner who sees someone using their mark and does not defend it could lose the right of exclusive use - if they are aggressive you could find yourself in an expensive legal problem.
