I have been using adwords on and off for about 2 years, both on my own account and on behalf of my employer.
On the 1st of September I created a new ad campaign and waited for it to appear, it did not! I checked and double checked, added to the CPC and made it worldwide, still nothing. I have a range of keywords that should attract a regular stream of impressions, yet there is nothing at all.. my ads simply are not running. I have emailed google, and used the "contact us" form, yet they never respond except for an automated reply that suggests that I should hear back within 24 hours. Im now getting very frustrated, how can I contact google and ask for advice? Andy |

Sometimes this happens to me - an ad will not work. I try making a new one or email adwords support.

Help Needed
Quote:
I appreciate that occasionaly a campaign or ad group stops performing well, but I have created ad groups and campaigns, they are just not working! I have tried emailing google and I have tried their contact form, they just do not answer me. Im really angry about this because I have actually spent rather a lot of money with adwords over the last 2 years. Please does anyone have a contact number, or an email address for google which actually gets to someone who may answer me. Thank you for any assistance. |

Short of getting an answer from Google, I would like to suggest something.
1) Search google for a keyword that brings Adwords no results. 2) Setup a campaign with that one keyword, and your URL. 3) Search Google and see if that one shows up. 4) If so try developing that campaign into your original idea. 5) If not get some friend in another country to search the keyword to see if it shows. 6) Failing all this pursue google as you are. I was working with a guy in Israel who could not see his ads no matter what he tried! Good luck! |

Have the keywords had any traffic on them?
Have you checked that your ads are not disabled by Google because of content It shows active on the main screen, but when you go into where you edit the ad there may be a little line saying - dissapproved. (see my thread in adwords section for the problems I am having with Google - and still no Emails) |

Still not working, and no response from Google.

None of my ads have had any traffic, they should normally have lots of impressions and about 4-5% click through. My ads have not been dissapproved (or at least it does not say so, it says Active) and there is certainly no reason that the content or any aspect of the ads should lead to dissapproval. Im really annoyed that Google have never answered any of my emails, either as a result of me using the contact form or as a result of my direct email contact. I have been trying for more than 2 weeks now. I have been using adwords for a couple of years and I thought I could depend on them, I have put lots of time and effort into a couple of websites on the expectation of being able to advertise via google. |
