Google Adsense Vs Kelkoo AdFactory

I'm thinking of experimenting with Kelkoo Ad Factory product feed on a couple of websites, but I'm just wondering whether anyone knows if I can use it on the same page as Google Adsense.

There is a clause in the Google TOS about displaying their ads on a page with competing contextual advertising. I'm not sure whether G would describe the Ad Factory as competition, or as a regular affiliate product feed. Has anyone had any experience with this yet? If so, what was the outcome...

You can use the Ad Factory only if they don't show ads releted to the content of your page (like Google does)
