There is something you are not telling us.

Google does not disable with no reason or explanation.....

Don't ask us! You need to clean up your sites, write to google, confess your sins with a lot of butt kissing, and hope that they find mercy on you.

If I was them I probably would not and would keep your SSN on record for future denials. Lots of people here pay big bucks for adwords and they don't like them clicked fradulently or shown on spammy sites.

Have you had your account closed by google for no reason? We are currently pushing towards a Class Action Lawsuit against googles "AdSense" if you have been shut down for no reason.
