G Adwords declines my credit card

I have a very serious problem with my Adwords account!
A few days ago my account was in active status. All of a sudden, it was canceled, the system declined my credit card but it does have funds.

It has been a week and I already tried to open new accounts with other cards but I cannot get impressions even if the systems doesnt decline my credit card.

Any idea?
