Dreaded "Ad Not Showing" Situation

Hi,

I'm in the dreaded "ad not showing" situation...I'm located in Canada and established a new campaign targeted to the US.

I've set up the campaign, added the keywords which are all listed as ACTIVE and should be running...

YET...the ad diagnostic tool says I have no ads showing for the query...(set locale to www.google.com and US-ENGLISH as the language)

I've also tried the query from an IP in the US at google.com and my ad doesn't show up either...

I've read all FAQS and these boards...but can't find anything
