Does this adwords tool exist?

I think I saw a tool that helps you turn your normal keywords into "keywords" and [keywords]. I thought I saw it at seo-guy's site, but I can't find it anymore. Does this thing really exist, or did I just dream about it??

Another great tool...

I have found another great tool, it's a free AdWords keyword combination tool</a href>. It isn't just for AdWords though, all PPC and webmasters can find it useful.

Enjoy.
