I've just been to a site with customized Google ads. Isn't this against the terms and conditions of use? This looks like a corporate option google gives to big clients.
Can anyone clarify this for me? Thank you! Code:
<script language="JavaScript"> <!-- google_ad_client = 'pub-value-taken-out'; google_ad_width = 120; google_ad_height = 600; google_ad_format = '120x600_as'; google_color_border = "316310"; google_color_link = "0000cc"; google_color_background = "EFEFCE"; google_color_text = "000000"; google_color_url = "008000"; // --> </script> <script language="JavaScript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </script> Last edited by analogik : August 2nd, 2003 at 08:14 AM. |

Hi analogik
I just noticed when I logged into my adsense account that you can now customize your ads - change the colors etc. Check it out, it's quite cool. |

Oh heeze... google has introduced this new feature so quietly... a new link just appears and you don't even know.
What I'd like to know is whether you can reduce the size of the ad font or not. |

I think it's only colours at the moment. They also introduced a "related searches" feature, which apparently (didn't have time to see it myself) many webmasters complained about so it was immediately taken out. It'll be back soon though and in fact is still mentioned in their FAQ.
