Click Fraud in Adword
We just reactivated the adword program - virtually all of google traffic is coming from searchportal.information.com while we have not seen any increase in number of searches on the website or sales. We have seen numerous references to searchportal in click fraud - Do you check your log file to see if there are hits from searchportal? Have you come across this problem? How to get google to refund the money charged for click fraud?
Any input will help. Thanks |

click fraud
Hi yatratravel,
You should try clickidentify.com. They are excellent service. They can help you with the post audit. They also offer excellent monthly service which identifies fraudulent clicks and stops them immidiately before they continue further. This has saved us a lot of money. Their customer service is just excellent and I would definately recommend them. Google will refund your money if you can prove that those were fraudulent clicks indeed. I would try clickidentify.com they will be able to supply you with all the evidence and help you get your money back from google. Thanks. Quote:
