Anyone ever heard of Google (not Visa) declining good credit cards?

I've been battling with Google for 8 months - no matter how many polite forms and emails I send them, they never answer.

Google is declining all of my credit cards (they are all good) for the smallest amounts of money. Upon calling Visa, they have no record of any declines or even charge attempts by Google - they told me the decline notification is a Google thing and not from Visa. Anyone else run into this?

Any ideas? I can't run my adwords account because they say i owe them money ($43, big whoop). I tried all my cards and they keep declining, one card has a $30,000 limit and is clear. It looks like Google is declining me for some other reason than the cards.

It Happened to me, but in my case it was because Google decided to end my account( but didn't tell me for a couple months). No matter what none of my cards went through and they were all blacklisted.

In my situation, I had figured out a way to only pay for about 1% of the traffic- so that definitely was the reason. Though what I was doing was within TOS, they decided to end the relationship due to too much click activity that was questionable.

Is there any chance there was something questionable about the way you were getting traffic you were getting?

Couldn't possibly be, everything was above board, far above board.

But they fixed it - after 8 or so months, they just fixed it and didn't notify me. Just yesterday. Huh.

Okay, now they sent me an email with this:

It has come to our attention that your Google AdWords accounts do not comply with our terms of service and advertising policies. As a result, your accounts have been suspended and your ads will no longer run on Google. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate advertisements for any reason.

I sell inkjet cartridges from a perfectly honest and straight forward website.

When I was having trouble with the first website, I tried setting up another account for one of my other websites - could that be it?
