If I totally update my content, do my ads stop for a period of time?
When I signed up for adsense, I had just a few paragraphs of non-relevent content to fill space. I updated the content about 2 days later with my actual text and shortly thereafter, my ads stopped displaying. I have asked a few people to hit my site and click an ad to make sure everything is working right, they all only see the black & white public service ad. Will it take some time before my ads reappear? I am at a bit of a loss. As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Kevin, I too had a similar result on some new AdSense pages. I began to get ads within about 1 week. Here are some guesses why: 1. The content didn't match what advertizers needed. 2. It seems that many new pages are "oblidged" to public ads for a few days. 3. Google may have to match your content with an advertizer. I'm interested to see if your ads appear in about 3 days. Ed |

most of my pages (99%) get target ads instantly. This includes new pages on a new site. I have to say it's keywords on your pages if you get PSA for a few days.
