Adwords - HELP!!!

Hi I have been told by my boss to get a successful Adwords campaign started quick - I have tried before but only ever get a few clicks and a CTR that gets me suspended all the time.

Can anyone recommend an Ebook I could get that would get me up to speed on all aspects quickly!!

They always think its simple dont they GRRRR
