Adwords charges defers from India and US
Suppose i am targeting US Market. and if i give budget in Rupees. google is charging very less per click. and if i go US currency it is charging more. So if we use rupees the add will display?. if add will display google is going to loose lot of money right? I Had bit confusion please anyone can answer this question.

Google consider this thing. you can't market the product of USA from India than a person living in USA. Right?
that's why the rate differs.

if you already on the first page for one keywords in adwords , increasing bid price will increase chance to get more impression .
Decision depends on what amount you think right for you cpa and what type of ctr you have .
